Why weight loss is NOT good for

Are you confused about all
the weight loss tips and weight loss diets?
The title of this weight loss tip, 'weight loss
is Not good for you' certainly makes someone more
confused about losing weight.
However, regardless of the weight loss tip or
which weight loss diet you use -- weight loss IS
Not good for you!
If someone revealed a weight loss tip or gave
you a weight loss diet with claims of getting
rapid weight loss -- would you use it? You'll
change your mind after you read this...
Curious yet? I can see I have some explaining
to do.
At first glance this weight loss tip appears to
be going against the normal weight loss concensus.
The real problem per se is not whether the weight
loss plan offers fast weight loss, easy weight
loss, or even free weight loss... a weight loss
diet has a built-in problem!
Everyone is trying the latest weight loss tip
of the day for losing weight quickly. They all
want rapid weight loss at any expense. But they're
not just looking for any 'oh weight loss they're
looking for QUICK weight loss, as in NOW!
Many overweight folks go on weight loss diets
in order to lose weight of course, but here's the
not so good aspect about weight loss when ONLY
losing weight.
Let me further explain.
For weight loss a person losing weight can
accomplish this three (3) different ways. The
first way for losing weight is by losing water
weight. The second way for losing weight is to
lose valuable muscle tissue. And finally a weight
loss program can consist of losing fat.
The very definition of a weight loss diet
for losing Weight is by losing water weight,
muscle weight and fat weight COMBINED!
Is this good?
If you answered 'no' you are correct. This type
of weight loss is Not good! It doesn't speed your
metabolism. In fact, not only does it not give you
a fast metabolism -- it actually gives you a slow
metabolism.
The quick weight loss programs generally
attempt to lose weight by dropping the water
content in your body, which will produce a rapid
weight loss. Not only is this Not a healthy weight
loss approach -- it is Not permanent -- and you
still remain fat!
The other weight loss plans have a built-in
mechanism that produces weight loss by wasting
away muscle tissue. Not only is this Not a healthy
weight loss approach -- you still remain fat, and
later the weight (fat) returns too!
Your weight
loss would come by losing water that later
returns, and losing muscle tissue that will slow
your metabolism! This is Not healthy. Yes you'll
become smaller -- but you'll still be fat!
Do you understand?
When you listen to those weight loss tips or
use weight loss programs that claim overnight
weight loss success -- a red warning flag should
appear, saying to stay clear of their weight loss
scheme!
Whether you use special weight loss diets,
weight loss programs, or simply use the latest
weight loss tip of the day -- the entire weight
loss index known to man -- they ALL are used for
one thing -- simply WEIGHT LOSS!
So a weight loss program that focuses on losing
weight by way of reducing your body weight at any
cost is NOT good for you. We call this weight loss
approach 'WEIGHT LOSS BY LOSING WEIGHT'.
This is the type of weight loss help you do not
want!
Yea but what about a weight loss program that
focuses ONLY on losing FAT?
Ah, I thought you'd never ask!
So I see you've changed your mind about those
weight loss tips and weight loss programs and
decided that they're Not good for you afterall.
We call this type of weight loss diet plan
"WEIGHT LOSS BY LOSING FAT"! Using a weight
loss program that focuses on weight loss by losing
fat is the king or queen of diets.
Weight loss by losing FAT is the Only healthy
permanent weight loss approach!
