Indeed this seems to be a silly question
especially if you desire fat loss -- who wouldn't
want to lose body fat (weight) especially off your
abs and thigh?
Sure there's plenty of overweight folks that
simply forget they can lose body fat fast off
these problem areas because they seem to think
they cannot lose body fat at all!
But you'd be surprised at the number of
overweight folks that appear to not Want to lose
body fat based upon the fad diet they're using to
achieve fat loss success!
So what's that got to do with me you're asking?
Plenty!
Let's take a closer look and see how this
applies to YOU.
The fact is dieters use fad diets because they
are desperate to lose weight without even being
aware that there is a difference between how to
lose weight and how to lose fat!
Nor do they understand how these fad diets affect
their metabolism.
Are you surprised to hear this?
Yea but the web site or info-commercial or
advertisement said that their new weight loss diet
plan would make me lose weight quickly. This my
friend is exactly my point. Those fad diets
make you lose WEIGHT and Not necessarily lose FAT.
Yes those diet plans are great to lose weight, but
if you only seek fat loss they will not work!
This is the main reason weight loss (fad) diets
fail to produce fat loss. Those programs cause
very little fat loss -- you lose water
weight and you lose muscle weight --
which causes a loss in body weight Only.
Isn't it curious to see dieters use these
weight loss programs (fad diets) to lose weight
and wonder why they didn't lose body fat! Oh yes
they did lose weight and became a smaller person
(temporarily) but they didn't lose stomach fat
cause it's still there jiggling on their abs,
buttocks and thighs. In fact to lose body fat at
all was never designed to be a part of the weight
loss diet.
So please save your hard-earned money and
prevent yourself the frustration of the temporary
weight loss and don't use a weight loss diet --
use a fat loss diet to lose fat not just
weight.
While we're on the subject of saving money and
preventing frustration by avoiding weight loss
(fad) diets, one other matter needs discussion --
abdominal exercise. Oh sure abdominal exercise is
good but it's completely overrated to lose
abdominal fat.
But I want to lose body fat and especially I
want to lose abdominal fat. So how is abdominal
exercise overrated to lose abdominal fat?
It all goes back to the classic myth of
exercising a particular body part or problem area
to lose fat -- the only catch is it doesn't help.
So if you do an abdominal workout to lose
abdominal fat you're wasting your time. Attempting
to lose fat by spot reducing won't get you great
abs, not even a hint of flat abs will be present.
Getting the six pack of abs you can forget about
it because you won't get abs at all doing
abdominal exercise to lose fat off the abdominal
area.
However abdominal exercise machines do
strengthen and tighten the abdominal muscles but
are basically useless to lose fat.
Have you purchased any abdominal exercise
machines or gadgets lately in an effort to lose
body fat off your abdominal area?
Oops, it looks like they already got to your
wallet or purse!
You know first hand that it didn't cause any
fat loss, and the next abdominal exercise machine
won't either. Just don't buy anymore -- Save your
money.
Now that you know an abs workout or any abs
exercise doesn't cause fat loss then you can
understand that all those abdominal exercise
machines and gadgets are worthless to lose body
fat too.
Do you want fat loss off your abs and
thighs?... then save your hard-earned money and
avoid the frustration of using those thigh and
abdominal exercise gadgets, and avoid those weight
loss programs (fad diets) that don't produce fat
loss!
The only way to lose body fat and yes even lose
stomach fat is by using a weight loss program that
is designed specifically for FAT
loss!
